Cancellations and refund requests must be made by emailing ontario@rbslearningcentres.com. Refunds will be offered as per the following:

• 80% refund within 3-4 weeks before the course begins.

• 60% refund within 2-3 weeks before the course begins.

• 50% refund within 1-2 weeks before the course begins.

• No refund within one week of the course beginning
