Learning Centre Ontario and Reformed Book Services respect the right to privacy and is committed to upholding the confidentiality and security of Personal Information. We have developed practices to ensure this commitment is carried out in a responsible manner. We collect, retain, and disclose certain Personal Information in order to provide the best services in keeping with our mission.

Forms exist on our site that ask you for personal information. The following list explains why we require this data:

  1. We need your name and contact information so we that can send your purchase invoice/receipt and course/event access information to you.

  2. We require your email address so that we can communicate with you regarding your order and next steps.

  3. We request a phone number as a method of contacting you in case there is an error in your email address on your registration form.

We respect your privacy and only request information necessary for providing great customer service. If you are missing any registration information, we cannot serve you as efficiently.

We receive your personal data through a secure, encrypted area which cannot be accessed by outsiders. Your information is stored in a protected database that only we can access.

  1. We never share your profile information with, or sell it to other companies or organizations.

  2. We do not collect any information from you without your knowledge.

Our commitment to you:

  1. All transactions are securely encrypted.

  2. We do not keep your credit card information on file; once it it processed, we do not see it again.

  3. When you place an order, the bank will authorize the total amount to be charged on your credit card. Any refunds on the price of your order will be made subsequently.

We use cookies for the following reasons:

  1. To determine whether you are logged on to our site;

  2. To keep track of your user preferences; and,
